Common questions

Can someone reply to my alias and have it reach me?

Yes. MyShield forwards the full email to your inbox. Replies from your inbox go back through the alias. The sender never sees your real address.

What happens when I delete an alias?

The alias is permanently deactivated. Any emails sent to it will bounce. The sender is effectively blocked without ever knowing your real address.

Does MyShield read my emails?

No. Emails are forwarded as-is. We do not scan, index, or store the content of your messages. We only keep the forward count per alias for your dashboard.

Which email providers are supported?

All of them. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple Mail, ProtonMail, Fastmail, if it has an email address, MyShield can forward to it.

What payment methods are accepted for Pro?
